The law enforcement agencies on Tuesday detained dozens of people in a search operation carried out in Orangi Town, Karachi.
Police and Rangers conducted search operation in different areas of Orangi Town to maintain peace in the metropolis.
Contingents of paramilitary personnel kept guard during the search operation and people were asked to stay indoors.
All markets, hotels and patrol stations in the area were closed. Residents said that children could not go schools as the entire area was sealed.
