Presdient asif ali Zardari on Tuesday left for Dubai to undergo some medical tests due to previously diagnosed Cardio vascular condition, the presidential spokesman said.

According to the sources, he went through some necessary medical checkup and doctors advised him rest.

President PPP in Dubai, Rashid Chughtai told Aaj news that “President is fine  and expected to return after routine medical checkup”.

The presidential spokes man Farhatullh Babar said that, President will also meet his children.

Zardari was accompanied by his physician and limited personal staff.

Before leaving for Dubai, Zardari held separate meetings in the presidency with Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Senate Chairman Farooq H NAek and Interior Minister Rehman Malik to review the overall situation, security arrangements for Muharram and legislative business in the Upper House of Parliament.
