Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who has been at the receiving end of critics for her post baby weight gain, lived up to her ‘Most Beautiful Woman’ title with her charming appearance at the continuing Cannes International Film Festival red carpet in a beige and gold sari. The actress was speckled wearing a grey and white maxi by Australian designer Angelo Katsapis prior in the day but later, she opted for a sari, designed by Indian designers Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla, for the AmfAR Cinema Against Aids gala.

However, the actor criticized for her weight gain post motherhood, Aishwarya managed to look strikingly exquisite, thanks to her sartorial choice. Her hairstyle was just right for her outfit.

The actor confirms that her daughter Aaradhya is accompanying her, but is not there at the event. Ash says, “The baby’s here in Cannes, but not with me tonight, she’s doing well. I can’t complain about being busy with the baby because hectic is always being redefined in my life. It was easy to come tonight because I’m not making any films.”

The actor who’s busy playing mommy to Beti B will reportedly walk the ramp for two consecutive days. L’oreal has also inveterated Ash’s presence.
