LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader has expressed his concerns over Lyari operation by stating that the operation is not in the best interests of the country. He said that the residents of Lyari were being robbed of their basic necessities in the name of the operation.

While talking to PML-N Sindh President, Ghaus Ali Shah, Nawaz Sharif discussed the country’s political situation with special regards to the Lyari operation, The PML-N leader had called upon his Sindh chief on Saturday.

Nawaz Sharif consoled the people of Lyari for their loss and further expressed that he would vehemently oppose the Lyari operation. He also ordered his party members in Sindh to help the people of Lyari during such times.
