The Interior Minister Rehman Malik held a high level meeting with the Sindh Cheif Minister Qaim Ali Shah, earlier today, in Karachi.

While briefing the press,  Interior Minister said, that a targeted action will be taken against the gangsters of Lyari.

He was talking to the media, after his meeting with the Sindh CM, in that meeting they discussed the law and order situation of Karachi.

Malik made it clear that there will be “no dialogue” between the criminals and the authorities now.

Both Ministers were on the same page on the Lyari situation and agreed that hard action was needed against the miscreants of Lyari.

High level police officers including I.G Sindh, Mushtaq Shah, HM Seceretary Khwaja Siddique Akbar, AD secretary Sohail Akbar and CM’s principal Secretary Agha Jan Akhtar, were present at the meeting.
