LAHORE: Ex-Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani on Thursday said, he achieved all what he wanted during the four years of his premiership except being disqualified from the NA speaker.

Talking to media at Lahore airport, Gilani said that he had accepted the Supreme court verdict. Prime ministers keep coming and going, but the assembly should complete its tenure.

Expressing his satisfaction over the selection of new PM, Gilani said My wish to attend the oath taking ceremony of new premier was also fulfilled as treated well during his farewell.

Gilani wished for free and fair upcoming elections and added that he wishes that the supremacy of the Parliament is above all laws.
