QUETTA: Frontier Constabulary (FC) arrested miscreants in Quetta on Monday who later confessed that they were involved in manufacturing “car bombs” used for terrorist activities. The convicts made the confession on Tuesday.

The arrested criminals also confessed to many other incidents including attacks on CM’s escort, Frontier Constabulary and blasting railway tracks.

Yaseen Bugti aka Dr. Khalid Bugti and Danish Bugti, in their confessional statement stated that their group was responsible for the attack on CM’s car last year near the Saryab Railway crossing.

He further added that attack on FC’s convoy near the “Aalmo Chowk” was carried out on the instructions of Brahamdagh Bugti. “Every successful blast was rewarded with 1 million Rupees from the Baloch Republican Party (BRA)”, said Yaseen Bugti.

Danish Bugti named “Zahir Rind” to be their accomplice who was able to escape from the scene.

To avoid Police checking, the group had included women.

Earlier on Monday, the group after planting a bomb in car, were headed towards the Cantonment area in order to target Army or FC; but were intercepted by the FC on Zarghun road.
