Ephedrine Case: SHC grants interim bail to Musa Gilani

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court granted a 15 day protective bail to Ali Musa Gilani on Monday and further ordered him to appear in the respective court.
After reaching the Sindh High Court, Musa Gilani consulted his counsel and appeared in the Court, accompanied by Prosecutor General Sindh, Shahadat Awan and other friends.
The counsel for Musa Gilani, Shazia Hinjra, took the stance that her client wanted a protective bail as he wanted to face the case in the relevant case.
The Court eventually granted Musa Gilani a protective bail after he submitted a bond worth Rs 100,000 in the Court. The Court further ordered him to appear in the Rawalpindi Court within the next 15 days.
