The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Monday released 262,560 cusecs water from various rim stations with inflow of 256,831 cusecs.
According to the data released by IRSA, the maximum water level in River Indus at Tarbela was 1494.23 feet which was 116.23 feet higher than its dead level of 1378 feet.
Water inflow in the dam was recorded as 148,800 cusecs while out flow was recorded as 160,000 cusecs.
The water level in River Jhelum at Mangla was 1166.40 feet which was 126.40 feet higher than its dead level of 1040 feet whereas the inflow and outflow of water was recorded as 20,471 cusecs and 15,000 cusecs respectively.
The release of water at Kalabagh, Taunsa and Sukkur was recorded as 197,947, 179,738 and 121,660 cusecs respectively.
Similarly, from River Kabul a total of 34,500 cusecs of water was released at Nowshera and 53,060 cusecs released from River Chenab at Marala. APP
