Jumma tul Vida observed with religious reverence

KARACHI: The Muslims across the country, and world over, observed Jumat-ul Wida, last Friday of the holy month of Ramazan with religious reverence and zeal.
The Youm-al-Quds is also observed annually on the last Friday of Ramazan to oppose Israel’s control over Jerusalem.
A huge number of followers visited mosques to offer prayers with respect and honour as the day bears key importance for the Muslims.
Ulema and Mashaikh delivered lectures on the importance of Ramazan and urge the followers to tread the path of Allah and the Holy prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) and fully act upon the teachings of Islam.
Special prayers were offered for the prosperity of and solidarity among the Muslims as well as unity of the Ummah. APP
