SHARJAH: The first ODI of the Pak-Aus 2012 series would be played today on Tuesday. Both the teams have recently tasted defeated – Australia losing to England while Pakistan lost to Sri Lanka.

The venue is UAE is ready to kick start the cricket series between two great cricketing teams with Australia spearheaded by gutsy batsmen while Pakistanis with great bowlers.

Few Australian batsmen termed UAE as Pakistan’s home ground where facing spin bowling would be tough challenge for them. But contrary to this, Misbah ul Haq has termed that the Aussies would not be under any pressure though the conditions would be challenging for them.

The Pakistani team won a series against Australia back in 2002. The Pakistani players are confident to end their drought while the Australians are favoring their chances of an additional victory.
