QUETTA: Security forces foiled a huge destruction plot and arrested two terrorists on Thursday. Ammunition, 12,000 kilogram explosive material and 15 suicide jackets were recovered after the forces raided a house near Eastern by-pass.

The entire operation was carried out after receiving information that a huge sabotage plan was about be carried out during Eidul Fitr.

After receiving the information, security forces raided a house near the Eastern by-pass and arrested two individuals. While searching the house, the security forces recovered and confiscated explosive material weighing 12,000 kg, ammunition, 15 security jackets, remote control, batteries, several wires and a Jeep. The car was also reported to have been laden with some explosive material.

According to sources, the security forces have transferred the two arrested men to an unknown location.
