DUBAI: Pakistan cricket team on Friday batted well against the strong Australian pace attack and set a target of 152 runs in the second T20 played at Dubai International Cricket Stadium , Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Pakistan captain Mohammad Hafeez won the toss and elected to bat in the second Twenty20 match against Australia on Friday at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
Although the opening batsman Imran Nazir got out at duck but Hafeez and Nasir Shehzad who scored 45 runs played brilliantly to stable the Pakistani innings. Kamran Akmal’s blistering inning of 43 runs in the later part of the innings helped the team to score a reasonable target of 152 runs for the loss of four wickets.
Australia made three changes with Xavier Doherty, Ben Hilfenhaus and Glenn Maxwell replaced by allrounder Daniel Christian, left-arm legspinnerr Brad Hogg and fast bowler Mitchell Starc.
