Makhdoom Shahabuddin granted pre-arrest bail in Ephedrine case

ISLAMABAD: Makhdoom Shahbuddin has been granted bail till September 25th in the Ephedrine quota case. The decision was announced by a three member bench of the Supreme Court on Wednesday.
Makhdoom Shahabuddin had earlier filed an appeal for pre-arrest bail within the Supreme Court. The verdict was announced today by a 3 member bench of the SC headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk.
The Court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 25 and granted the bail to Makhddom Shahabuddin on a security of Rs500,000. A notice in this respect was also issued to the Anti Narcotic Force (ANF).
