ISLAMABAD: Sikandar Jatoi, Father of prime accused Shahruk Jatoi in the Shahzeb Khan murder case was arrested outside the Supreme court on Thursday.
During the case hearing, Sikandar Jatoi appeared before the Supreme court to requested a mercy plea in the case but the court refused.
The court directed him to cooperate with the police in search of Shahruk Jatoi and should offer his arrest.
Gulf News has already denied the arrest of Shahrukh Jatoi and Dubai government has also refused to arrest or hand over Shahrukh Jatoi to Pakistan as there is no extradition treaty between the two countries.
The Pakistani government cancelled both of Shahrukh’s passport and will arrest him at a Pakistani airport when he arrives.
Shahzeb Khan, 20-years old son of a DSP, was reportedly murdered after he had an altercation with another key suspect Siraj Talpur, whose servant had allegedly given verbal threats to the victim’s sister.
