PESHAWAR: Terrorists repeated the 15 months old history by striking on Charsadda Road in Peshawar in the similar fashion on Friday.
Astonishingly, the previous blast 15 months ago and Friday’s deadly blast occurred at almost same place, same timings, same day, and the casualty figures were also the same.
On Friday 18 employees were killed and dozens others injured in the blast at Charsadda Road. The previous blast on June 12 last year also happened at the same place (Gulbela) on Friday and claimed the lives of 18 employees of Civil Secretariat.
The previous blast occurred in a moving bus, while Friday’s blast was also of similar nature.
This thought provoking similarly between the two blasts in Peshawar with the gap of 15 months has surprised many. The modus operandi of these two blasts show similar minds were behind these blasts and the mastermind may also be common.
