PESHAWAR: Five people were injured when a blast targeted a bus of government employees in Peshawar. Deaths are feared in the incidents.
Deaths are doubt to rise in the incident.
According to initial reports, the explosion hit a bus going to Charsadda town of the KPK province from Peshawar city, carrying over 50 government employees, when it reached Charsadda Road.
More than ten people were injured in the blast and were taken to Lady Reading hospital by police and rescue teams.
SSP Peshawar Najeeb Khan told while talking to media that the explosives were planted inside the bus, fearing that the causality may take place as most of the injured were serious.
The blast came five days after twin suicide blasts at a church in Peshawar claimed over 80 lives.
