ISLAMABAD: A 12-member high level delegation of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SAARCCI) Pakistan chapter on Wednesday left for New Delhi on a three-day tour to promote bilateral trade between the two countries for prosperity and durable peace in the region.
The delegation led by Vice President of SAARCCCI (Pak Chapter) Ifitikhar Ali Malik will hold serious of meetings with top office bearers of Federation of India Chamber of Commerce and Industry drawn from all member of SAARCCI countries.
Meanwhile the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SAARCCI) has welcomed and appreciated the vision of maintaining good relations with neighbouring countries announced by the Prime Minister during the 4th Alhamra International Literary and cultural conference at Lahore.
“This vision of the Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif would not only help to bring peace in the region but also promote trade and investment relations among the members states benefiting the people of the entire region”, Vice President of SAARCCCI (Pak Chapter) Ifitikhar Ali Malik told APP here today.
Malik was of the view that the vision of peace of the Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has also been appreciated by the President SAARCCCI Vikram Singh and determined to promote the vision by the private sectors of the two countries.
“I am visiting India New Delhi tomorrow November 27 as head of 12-member business delegation to help promote trade and investment among the member states”
He added that during the visit the delegation would interact with private sector of India as well as meet other senior officials and Indian leadership aiming to materialize the vision of peace and prosperity.
