KOHAT: Three people including two policemen were killed during clashes between two groups as violence erupted in Kohat and Hangu towns of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa here on Monday.
According the report, following the clashes, several shops and 4 vehicles in the city were set ablaze. The situation in Kohat remains tense and army was called in to maintain law and order.
The local administration enforced curfew in Hangu and Kohat and called army troops to control the situation.
Moreover, city administration and police have sealed the entry and exit points, while residents have been directed not to leave their homes.
According to security sources, curfew has been imposed in Kohat and Hangu.
