NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s Advisor on National Security and Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz called on Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi, media reported Wednesday.
Pakistani High Commission said the two high-ups discussed bilateral relations and matters of mutual interest in a meeting held at the residence of Indian prime minister.
Pakistan High Commissioner to India Salman Bashir was also present in the meeting.
On Tuesday Sartaj Aziz met Indian External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid in the Indian capital and discussed the fresh tension between the two neighboring counties at the Line of Control (LoC) besides exchanging views over other bilateral issues.
Mr. Aziz is on a visit to New Delhi to attend a meeting of foreign ministers of Europe and Asia.
