ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Ambassador to Iran Noor Mohammad Jadmani has said that Advisor of Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz’s visit to Iran for ECO moot to enhance cooperation among ECO countries.
Talking to PTV, he said that PM advisor’s visit is in connection with ministerial meeting of Economic Cooperation Organization to discuss bilateral issues between ECO countries.
To a question, he said that Sartaj Aziz’s main focus is ECO meeting and to discuss trade, energy, environment, agriculture, Islamic Institute, news agencies and transport among the member countries.
He said the main aim and objective of ECO summit is the enhancement of mutual cooperation in economic field as its name is Economic Cooperation Organization.
Focus of its main activities include transport, trade, energy, environment and agriculture and meeting will also mainly focus on these issues, he added.
