If rumors are to be believed Khan is also planning to shift his office to the new apartment.
“Saif likes to live in spacious surroundings. While he and Kareena have been living in their Bandra apartment for many years now, they now feel the need for a bigger space, so the couple has invested in a new home. Saif has fancy plans for their new abode. He wants a terrace-garden on one floor, a swimming pool on another and gym in another. There is also a plan for a big library for his many precious books,” a source revealed to media.
In Fortune Heights, Khan currently has two apartments; one is his home and the other one is for his production house ‘Illuminati Films’.
“Kareena is looking into every aspect of the designing and will take full responsibility. One of the four apartments will be ready by mid 2014 and the couple plans to shift and give their current residence on rent,” the source added.
