LAHORE: A play titled `Kari’ based on ‘honour’ crimes and
discriminatory customs will be staged on Tuesday (January 7)
under the joint collaboration of Community Appraisal and Motivation Programme (CAMP),Ajoka Theatre and Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA).
An official of the CAMP stated here on Monday that the presentation was part of CAMP’s advocacy campaign on honour crimes and unjust practices against women.
Leading activists and representatives of civil society,lawyers,officials, donors and policy makers have been invited to view the performance at PNCA,Islamabad.
