ISLAMABAD: Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan Tuesday said the Federal Government would continue to give administrative and political support to the Balochistan government.
Talking to Chief Minister Balochistan Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch he said that security agencies, federal intelligence departments and the Federal Government will work together to bring about improvement in law and order situation in Balochistan.
He said the Federal Government fully supports the government of Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch. He assured that the reservations of few PML (N) ministers and advisors will be addressed.
He said the current ruling coalition should work together for the betterment of Balochistan and the country and put the province on the road to prosperity and development through good governance.
Dr. Abdul Malik said that situation in Balochistan, particularly in Quetta, is improving.
Both the leaders expressed satisfaction that there has been a sharp decline in major incidents of terrorism during the last three months in Balochistan with the exception of the attack on Zaireen in Mastung.
It was agreed that close political liaison will be maintained and reservations of each other will be addressed.
