ISLAMABAD: Hearing of Hajj corruption case led by Session Judge Central Irum Niazi has been postponed till 12 March, whereas four culprits including Hamid Saeed Kazmi were presented in the court, Aaj News reported.
According to the sources, four accused including Former Federal Minister Hamid Saeed Kazmi were presented in the court, whereas Ismail Quresh has been claimed innocent under Former DG Rao Shakeel’s authority.
According to the sources, Rao Shakeel was submitted a request in regard to grant bailable arrest, whereas FIA prosecutor said that six suspects are still left to record their statement.
Looking at all these discussions, the court has delayed the hearing till 12 March. In the next hearing, discussions regarding the request of bailable arrest of Former Secretary Establishment Ismail Quresh will be discussed.
