KARACHI: The price of LPG has decreased by Rs10 per kilogram across the country, Aaj News reported on Monday.
According to the Chairman LPG Distributors Association Irfhan Khokar, the price of household cylinders had decreased to Rs120 and commercial cylinders to Rs480.
According to Khokar, per tonn price in the international market of LPG had declined to $784 from $864 leading to a decrease in prices in the local market.
Earlier, Federal Minister of petroleum had announced to decrease LPG prices by 35% gradually. After reduction in prices the LPG reached to Rs.120 per Kg across Sindh and in all the big cities of country including Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Islamabad, while in KPK and in adjacent areas LPG prices reached to Rs.110 per kg.
