KARACHI: Family members of the victim’s who received bullet injuries after Rangers opened fire on them in Metroville, SITE area on Wednesday evening, have claimed that their children are innocent, they were coming home from the factory, where they are employees, Aaj News reports.
According to the Rangers sources, Victims who were identified as Saqib and Nadeem, they were riding a motorbike near a Rangers picket, they were reportedly signaled to stop. When they did not stop, officers opened fire on them, due to which the two of them sustained injuries. Further they claimed that they had also recovered a pistol from the custody of one injured men.
Rescue teams reached at the incident site and shifted injured people to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
According to the DG Rangers, he have taken the notice of the incident and investigation teams has been formed which will submit a detailed report on Friday
