KARACHI: The situation has been brought under control and flight operations have been resumed, said a senior official of the Airports Security Force (ASF) on Tuesday, Aaj News reported.
While talking to media at the spot of the latest firing incident at ASF academy near the Karachi airport, ASF spokesman said that two terrorists came on a motorcycle and resorted to aerial firing near the ASF ladies hostel and escaped from the scene.
He said that the things are completely under control and normal now and flight operations at the airport have been restored. No casualties have been reported as a result of the incident.
He further said that forces are searching for the terrorists in the adjoining residential area. The search will be continued until the terrorist get arrest.
