ISLAMABAD: Parliamentary Secretary for Information, Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha on Monday urged undemocratic forces to avoid disturbing peaceful environment and system of the country.
He said that Pakistan armed forces were conducting operation to flush out the terrorists from North Waziristan Agency to maintain peace in all parts of the country.
Talking to Pakistan Television, he urged media to play role in highlighting the successful operational activities and sacrifices of the armed forces. He said that those undemocratic forces who wanted to come into power through short cut should avoid such activities.
He pointed out that all the civilized and democratic nations always selected the right way or chose the electoral process for coming into power.
Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha said that people of Pakistan had given a lot of sacrifices for smooth flow of democratic system. Replying to a question regarding Tahir ul Qadri agenda, he said, “It is an amazing situation that unpopular elements want to derail the system for coming into power.”
He said that the people who wanted to become the part of the system should wait for next general elections.
