ISLAMABAD: The prices of fruits and vegetable have witnessed increase due to protests calls on August, 14 in federal capital by Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT).
The vendors of fruits and vegetable expressed concerns over the protests demonstration which has interrupted the normal life of the citizens.
The vendors said that the PTI and PAT are responsible for hike in the prices of fruits and vegetable, saying that their protests calls have no clear agenda.
Sarwar Khan, a fruit vendor said that the prices of fruits have increased due to short of supply in the fruit markets.
He said that the local administration should specify separate locations for these kind of protests which are causing loss of their small business.
Meanwhile, the labor community also expressed concerns over the protests demonstration and demanded that the political parties should avoid protests calls which are creating problems for common man.
Shafiullah, a daily wager labour said that he has failed to get labor due to these protests calls and it is not fair with them (Labours) by the political parties creating chaos and uncertainty in the country.
Inter-city transporters also expressed displeasure over the PTI and PAT long marches.
