ISLAMABAD: Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif on Wednesday urged Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) to resolve the matters through dialogue and avoid halting the ongoing process of development in the country.
He said that dialogue only way to address the issues, he stated while talking to a private television channel.
Shahbaz Sharif said that Pakistan is making progress and development in every sector, adding that long march call by PTI could halt the process of development. He said that Turkey, China and Saudi Arabia are helping Pakistan.
Chief Minister Punjab said that people of Pakistan had given transparent mandate to Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), government.
He said: “Not a single case of corruption was proved against the government.”
He said that Punjab government had launched metro bus service to facilitate the people.
Replying to a question he said that Pakistan Awami Tehrik Chief Tahir ul Qadri had used harsh language in his recent speech, adding that action would be taken against him according to the law.
Shahbaz Sharif said that Tahir ul Qadri had purchased the bullet proof cars through charity funds provided by the people. To another question, he said that Chaudhry brothers did not pay their heavy loans.
Chief Minister said that PML-N will make all out efforts to take the country forward and for this, all available resources are being utilized to achieve the objectives.
