MULTAN: Chief Executive Officer Muzaffar Ali Abassi said that all possible steps would be taken to provide uninterrupted power supply to Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU).
CEO MEPCO Muzaffar Ali Abassi expressed these views while talking to Vice Chancellor BZU Dr Khawaja Alqma who called on him at his office on Saturday. The CEO said that uninterrupted power supply was necessary for the progress of the university and students.
He said the university should plan construction of a separate grid station for meeting its electricity needs.
Vice Chancellor BZU Dr Khawaja Alqma said that about 30,000 students were getting education in the university and demand of electricity had reached four megawatt.
He said the university would build its own grid station.
