4: 15 PM: Rumours are being spread that the army chief has asked Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to resign but the government has refused it. However this has not been confirmed.
4: 00 PM: After a meeting with the army chief Raheel Sharif, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has called a meeting with political leaders including Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly, Mahmood Khan Achakzai, Ijazul Haq, Babar Ghauri, Fazalur Rahman and others.
“There are no conflicts in PTI, we are all united,” says the PTI chief.
3: 45 PM: The meeting between Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif has concluded.
3: 38 pm: A case has been filed against PTI chief Imran Khan and PAT chairperson Doctor Tahirul Qadri in the Secretariat Police Station.
3: 00 PM : PTI and PAT leaders directed protesters to enter into PTV Headquarters, claimed Pervaiz Rasheed.
“Controlling protesters is the responsibility of Imran and Qadri,” Rasheed says.
Pervaiz Rasheed further says that the incidents that are taking place because of Imran and Qadri were causing immense loss to the economy.
1: 40 PM: The meeting between PM Nawaz and the Army chief has started.
1: 00 PM: According to the reports, around 160 army troops have arrived at the location. Protesters are gathering again at the Pak Secretariat Chowk.
12: 45 PM: Female employees of PTV have been taken out of the headquarters and shifted to a safe location while male employees are still inside the building.
12: 15 PM: The army had been called in to restore order and the transmission of PTV is re established.
12:00 Noon: Protesters have started to leave the PTV headquarters and are emptying the building.
11: 45: am: The demonstrators have managed to stop the transmission of PTV News and PTV World.

11: 20 am: Regime of present rulers will be buried soon: PAT chief
PAT chief Tahirul Qadri says the regime of present rulers will be buried soon.
While addressing to his party workers, he says the government negotiated with the PAT as well as the PTI leaderships around seven to eight times. But our demands have still not be been met even though 17 days have passed.
Qadri further added that this is a monarchy not a democracy,” he says.
Qadri states that his workers did not throw a single stone towards the Parliament House.
Moreover, blaming Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for the Model Town tragedy, Qadri demands that he should be arrested.
He also orders his workers to remain peaceful so that they don’t get stained. They will win this war through peace, Qadri added.
10: 50 am : In the recent clashes, 10 to 15 people have been injured who were shifted to the hospitals for treatment. The PAT leaders have also asked party workers to fall back.

The Pakistan Army personnel are repeatedly asking protesters not to enter any buildings inside the Pak Secretariat.
However, the PAT leaders made an announcement and told its workers to proceed towards the PM House.

Reports claimed that containers of PTI chairperson Imran Khan and the PAT chief are standing close to each other.

9: 35 am: PAT protestors break into Pak Secretariat
A large number of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) protesters has entered the Pak Secretariat after breaking its gate. Army personnel took position in Pak Secretariat.
According to the reports, Protesters have broken the gates of Parliament House using a truck and have entered the compound. They have managed to stop the protesters from entering any of the ministries.
Moreover, vehicle of employees of the secretariat have been damaged by the demonstrators.
