PESHAWAR: All Parties Conference, convened by Jamiat Ulema-e-Isalm(F) Saturday demanded an early end to protest demonstrations and Dharnas in Federal Capital, which have disrupted overall economic activities in the country.
It said it was affecting the image of the country in the world community.
It said these demos have also affected the functioning of government machinery.
Talking to media persons regarding All Parties Conference, the Provincial Ammer JUI-F Maulana Gul Naseeb emphasized the need to protect 1973 Constitution.
He also condemned the demand of PM’s resignation by PTI and PAT.
He said the protests should end in order to run the affairs of the country without any political turmoil and danger to democracy.
He said PTI has adopted undemocratic way against the alleged rigging in the elections-2013.
The All Parties Conference also called for go-ahead signal for the IDPs to those areas that had been cleared from militants besides ensuring financial assistance to the IDPS.
Earlier, the All Parties Conference was chaired by JUI-F Provincial President, Maulana Gul Naseeb and was attended by the leaders of various parties comprising Provincial President ANP,Ameer Haider Khan Hoti, PMLN Provincial President, Pir Sabir Shah, Khanzada Khan and Rahimdad of PPP, Provincial President PML-Q Intikhab Chamkani and QWP Sikandar Sherpao.
Talking to journalists, former Chief Minister and MNA of ANP Ameer Haider Khan Hoti said that for the last three weeks all the cabinet members of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were part of the Dharna in Islamabad which has greatly affected the affairs of provincial government.
He appealed to Imran Khan to send back Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervaiz Khattak and all of his cabinet members to the Province.
