PESHAWAR: At least 22 militants were killed in fresh airstrikes in remote Tirah valley of Khyber Agency on Friday, ISPR said.
Pakistan Air Force jet fighters targeted militants’ hideouts in Khyber Agency, killing 22 militants. Security sources said six hideouts of the terrorists were also destroyed in the air strikes.
Reports said that the militants killed in the attacks belonged to banned Tehreek-e-Taliban and Lashkar-e-Islam groups.
ISPR said that operation Khyber One is progressing successfully according to the plan. Pakistan Army has achieved great success in Khyber One operation against militants in Khyber Agency.
