ISLAMABAD: The Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement (JKPM), a constituent of the All Parties Hurriyet Conference, as a part of its continued relief programme distributed relief items among the flood affected people in Rajouri in Indian Occupied Kashmir.
The JKPM organized a relief camp at Behrot in the outskirts of Rajouri
where more than a hundred families were provided blankets and other relief
material, KMS reported.
APHC leader and Senior Vice Chairman of JKPM, Mir Shahid Saleem, while
speaking on the occasion appealed to the affluent and rich people to come forward and extend a helping hand to the recent devastating floods in the territory.
Strongly criticizing the Indian government for doing nothing for the relief and rehabilitation of the flood victims, he said that holding of the so-called election process in the territory had further multiplied the problems of the flood victims.
