SYDNEY: Pakistan won their warm-up World Cup 2015 match against Bangladesh by three wickets on Monday, Aaj News reported.
Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat first setting a 247 run target for Pakistan behind a brilliant 168 run third wicket partnership between Tamim Iqbal (81) and Mahmudullah (83).
Yasir Shah picked up two wickets for Pakistan while Sohail Khan and Wahab Riaz claimed one wicket each.
The team has already had two other players being replaced from the original squad due to injuries. Rahat Ali replaced Junaid Khan and Mohammad Hafeez was replaced by Nasir Jamshed.
It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan will begin its World Cup campaign on Sunday in a match against India.
