ADELAIDE: After facing the serious injury, Pakistan key paceman Mohammad Irfan is being sent back home, announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Tuesday.
Earlier, the Pakistan cricket team was sweating over the fitness of Irfan who didn´t bowl in Tuesday´s training session because he got underwent an MRI scan on his hip injury.
During the game against South Africa, Irfan suffered a recurrence of his hip injury but managed to complete the match, that lead to team to its victory.
However, he missed the following game against Ireland, played on March 15 which Team Pakistan managed to win.
His absence will be a major loss of the national team in the upcoming matches of World Cup 2015.
