KARACHI: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that India postponed the foreign secretary level talks with Pakistan and is not looking to resume it any time soon.
While addressing different Arab newspapers, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that his Government was interested to established relations on better note with India, as they had before in their last regimes.
India on the other hand does not look serious to resume the dialogues.
The Premier said that occupied Jamu and Kashmir is the core problem between the two countries.
The talks between India and Pakistan have been facing procrastination since last year, as Pakistan’s High Commissioner Abdul Basit held meetings with Kashmiri Hurriyat leaders.
PM highlighted the ongoing Zarb-e-Azb operation; according to him 90% of the terrorist hideouts have been decimated.
Addressing the Yemen conflict, Nawaz Sharif said that people of Pakistan and Government of Pakistan consider Saudi Arab as our blood brother. He again assured that Pakistan will not ignore any threat made to Saudi integrity.
