ISLAMABAD: Pakistani government has written a requests to the United Kingdom to help in the alleged Axact fake degree scam, Aaj News reported.
Government of Pakistan has written a request to the UK government to help them widen the investigation against the company. Interpol has also received a letter from federal investigation agency.
Chaudhry Nisar, Federal Interior Minister on Friday told the media that the government has also sent a letter to the United Arab Emirates over the issue.
FIA seized 30 cartons of fake degrees from Axact’s office in Karachi. They also collected the details of company’s export documents and E-forms.
IT, Call centre and Account departments of Axact were sealed after the FIA recovered fake degrees from the company’s building.
