QUETTA: A strike has been called in the city in protest of the killing of five Pashtun worker, Aaj News reported.
On Sunday, five people were gunned down near Bacha Khan Chowk.
Democratic Party, Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen and other parties announced three days of mourning.
All major business centers and markets are closed. Traffic is lower than usual. Administration has imposed section 144 in the city in relation to this pillion ridding is also banned in the city.
To handle any unpleasant event Police and Frontier Constabulary are stationed in different areas of the city.
