ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali Tuesday said that Chief of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf (PTI) Imran Khan should divert attention to the problems of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province rather than criticizing others.
Talking to mediapersons outside the Parliament House, he said PTI sit-in not only tarnished image of the Parliament but also damage democracy.
Responding to a question he said that some political parties were in favour of de-seating PTI members from the National Assembly. However, the government would not take any decision in haste on this issue.
The Minister said that Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) would continue its efforts to strengthen democracy in the country and take along all stakeholders for this cause.
