CHITRAL: The army is has distributed 8 tonnes of ration through helicopters in affected areas, said the ISPR.
Over 40, people have been rescued from affected areas.
Meanwhile, a twitter group by the name of Chitral Today has been posting pictures from the flood affected site. Pictures show how the flood has washed away entire roads and bridges.

CHITRAL: Floods have destroyed houses and inundated roads at areas in Chitral and Gilgit-Baltistan, Aaj News reported.
After torrentials rain in Chitral several villages have been cut off from the rest of the country. Residents have been living without electricity since the last six days.
A woman drowned in the flood water at Booni, in Chitral. The local administration is transferring people to safe areas.
At least Rs1000,000 have been released from the national kitty for relief activities of the flood affectees, a spokesperson for PDMA said.
The flood has destroyed areas over 40 houses, a madressah, nine mosques four schools and several acres of cultivated land in District Khancha.
