RIYADH:In the month of Ramzan when all charity works are at its peak, Saudi Prince AlWaleed bin Talal gave away his 32 Billion worth property to charitable works, Aaj News reported.
Sixty-year Talal is listed among the 100 richest people in the world. According to Prince Talal, his decision is inspired by Bill Gates and Bill Gates foundation.
He said that his funds will be used to strengthen women rights, inter-cultural activities and for relief activities in natural disasters. The money will be given to the Al Waheed Falah Insaniyat, a charitable organization.
He is the head of Kingdom Holding company and he is not politically affiliated with any institution. Kingdom holding is a shareholder in many real estates, media houses, City Group as well as in Twitter and Apple.
