chopped red bell pepper.
chopped green bell pepper
chopped yellow bell pepper
2 tsp olive oil
4-5 tbsp milk
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spray olive oli on baking dish.you can also make in pan on gas stove.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together eggs and milk until well blended. Season with salt and pepper and stir, and the chopped bell peppers then pour over mixture in greased baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven until puffy and set, about 10-12 minutes. Cut and serve warm
