LAHORE: Former speaker National Assembly and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz candidate Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has said that he is seeing clear victory in NA-122 as people of the constituency have rejected politics of sit-ins.
He was addressing a public gathering here at Railways Engine Shed on Wednesday.
Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique, MNA Shaikh Waqas Akram, Muhsin Latif and other PML-N leaders were also present on the occasion.
Ayaz asked Imran to bring a strong candidate in NA-122. “I am in by-election with the permission of my leadership following the performance of PML-N government and I am looking a clear way of victory in the provincial capital”, he added.
He said that Nawaz Sharif had never used negative remarks against his opponents but Imran Khan’s training to his youth was shameful.
On the occasion, Shaikh Waqas Akram said that Abdul Aleem Khan was the man who distributed fake allotment letters during election 2002, but now people would not support any land grabber.
