1-Cups – Plain Yogurt
1/2-Cup – Chopped cucumber
Black salt to taste.
Black pepper crushed little
1/2 tsp – Chopped Ginger
5-6Stalks – Coriander Leaves
4 Stalks – Mint Leaves [optional]
1 tsp – Cumin Powder roasted.
Peel and chop cucumber and grind them together in a blender or mixer with , ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves and salt black pepper and rosted cumin for a minute.
Add curd/yogurt and blend again for a minute. Pour in serving glass and sprinkle cumin powder in glass.
