ISLAMABAD: Prime suspect, Usman Ghani, in Army Public School Peshawar attack was arrested from Italy and handed over to Pakistani authority on Thursday, Aaj News reported.
Islamabad authorities have shifted him to an unknown place for interrogation after receiving him at the Islamabad airport. Ghani was taken into custody by the Interpol in Italy before handing over to Pakistani authorities.
According to the police officials, Ghani was involved in other terrorist activities besides Army Public School attack. When the authorities declared him as a prime suspect Ghani until that time left the country due to which the officials had to contact Interpol in retrieving him.
