RAWALPINDI: The Custom Court on Monday adjourned a decision to return model Ayyan Ali’s passport, Aaj News reported.
Earlier, Ayyan’s counsel, Sardar Latif Khosa had filed a plea stating that her client was sick and could not appear before the court. He had also plead that court should return his client’s passport.
The court will announce its decision on November 25.
In another development Ayyan’s name has been placed on the Exit Control List, amid rumours that she will try to flee Pakistan after she was officially charged on November 19.
In March, Ayyan was arrested on charges of money laundering when she was found with half a million dollar at the Benazir International Airport.
