WEB DESK: Pakistan cricketer, Muhammad Hafeez has refused to play with fast bowler Muhammad Amir in Bangladesh Premier League due to his involvement in spot fixing scandal, BBC reported.
BPL signed Hafeez and Amir to play in Chittagong but Hafeez refused to play with Muhammad Amir. Hafeez said that it is a matter of country’s pride and peace and he will not play with any cricketer who has maligned the country’s image.
He said that if any other team offered him to play in BPL only then he will play the tournament. When he was asked that what will he do if Muhammad Amir will be selected in the national team, he said, “only time will tell.”
